After you have finished your selection of items you wish to purchase, click on 'Complete Order,' and an invoice will be generated and emailed back to you for payment completion via PAYPAL. Upon successful payment completion, your products will be shipped.
If you are shopping from outside the U.S., your order will be converted by your credit card company to your own currency. In the case of a change of price, SFS will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
NOTE: Product photos are for display only and colors may appear different on different monitors.
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be apllied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from Wisconsin. All other orders are tax free.
Sportsfreakstore.com does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
At Sportsfreakstore, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In doing so, we have a FLAT Rate Restocking Fee Policy of $5 per item returned. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 15 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “as new” and re-saleable condition. We we do not accept returns or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise.
Returns
There is a restocking fee of $5/item whether you return for credit or return for exchange. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please contact us at customerservice@sportsfreakstore.com to arrange for an e-tag which will pay for your return shipping costs. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS ground or USPS only! We cannot pay for shipping charges if your return was shipped by any method other than USPS (Regular) or UPS Ground. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as Sportsfreakstore reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size – Sportsfreakstore will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and hold your new product.
Refusal of Package
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
